Whether you love to cook and bake, or have never turned on the stove, Farmhouse Kitchen Cooking School is an experience you won't want to miss.

In her 7th season, Paula Croteau, a farmer's daughter with 15 years of cooking experience, reinvents the pleasurable art of cooking. Classes are held in a historic 1800's Farmhouse complete with an idyllic barnyard, vineyard and tranquil gardens on the beautiful North Fork of Long Island. Taking a fresh, seasonal, hands on approach to cooking, students prepare a banquet of 6 to 8 dishes from local, flavorful, organic ingredients. After creating the luncheon feast, they dine in the picturesque Farmhouse and Vineyard setting. Students leave with recipes in hand and a fresh new approach to cooking!

The North Fork of Long Island is a culinary gem. Located 90 miles east of New York City, the North Fork is nestled between the Peconic Bay and the Long Island Sound. The North Fork has pristine beaches, the freshest of seafood, vast open space filled with organic farms, orchards, endless vineyards, gourmet shops and spectacular restaurants.
